ISMS certification provides assurance that the people, processes, and IT systems used by Ontrex meet the standard risk management processes established by ISO. These include, but are not limited to:

• Ontrex has established an appropriate information security management system, including mechanisms for risk identification, self-assessment, prevention, correction, and continuous improvement.
• A plausible level of security has been defined for the information processed by Ontrex.
• Appropriate measures have been identified and implemented as part of the risk assessment and treatment process to ensure Ontrex's information security.

The scope of the certification covers the entire company, including all departments and branches.
