To strengthen our successful Service Management team we are looking for you as a

(Senior) Consultant Service Management (m/f/d) 100%

After intensive training, you will independently implement projects in the ITSM environment and help to inspire customers with our service. You will conduct design and configuration workshops with our customers (on-site or remotely) and design project solutions, some of which are complex, on the basis of the requirements identified. You work closely with our service managers and consultants in the planning and implementation of projects. You plan and manage smaller projects on your own and report the progress regularly. To ensure the quality of the work, you plan and execute integration tests. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer and project information of all types is documented and up-to-date, and will conduct technical training and knowledge transfer with customers.

Your ability to work independently and stick to assigned tasks and work packages is absolutely critical. Likewise, a confident response to critical and important customer escalations is required. In addition, you have leadership skills, stakeholder management skills, and a sales-oriented approach.

You have the competence to organize your daily work routine independently to a large extent. You decide on the time and place of your work, in return you are responsible for the customers assigned to you and their further development as well as the associated project successes. You will provide support to our customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. A certain willingness to travel and time flexibility are therefore essential. You can work at the customer's site, in our modern offices in Brüttisellen or in your home office.

For the implementation of these varied and exciting tasks you ideally bring the following skills:

  • You have completed your (business) computer science degree or similar. You have successfully completed your studies with a high affinity for IT. Alternatively, you have completed an IT apprenticeship and have already gained a lot of practical experience.
  • You have very good knowledge of databases (MS SQL) and programming (preferably C#) and have experience in connecting interfaces.
  • You have practical experience in IT consulting, preferably in the ITSM environment.
  • You have knowledge in IT process analysis and modeling. Ideally, you have completed an ITIL Foundation certification during your studies.
  • You have an analytical and pragmatic way of thinking and the ability to acquire new knowledge independently.
  • You are fluent in German and English - our customers are also international.
