Around 120 guests discussed, exchanged ideas and gathered information on topics such as the effects of artificial intelligence on the ESM market, the alignment of company-wide service processes, as well as the new branding and future strategy of Serviceware.
The event was opened by Serviceware CEO Dirk Martin. The focus was on the growth of Serviceware, the brand change, and the positioning of the company as a market leader in the areas of Enterprise Service Management, Strategic Service Consulting, and Infrastructure & Managed Services. Since the last Forum in 2018, cubus AG has been acquired and the new rebranding of the company ensures an even clearer vision and communication of Serviceware products and services.
The event was supported by the Serviceware partners Veritas, Symantec, PureStorage and Nexthink, who were presented to the audience. Dirk Martin emphasized the importance of these infrastructure partners for the success of Serviceware and their excellent support of the event.
A highlight of the event was the appearance of entrepreneur and speaker Carsten Rath. In his inspiring speech, he discussed, among other things, how service is the "playing field of excellence" and crucial for successful sales. Later, Professor Dr. Peter Buxmann from the TU Darmstadt and Cordula Bauer, Group Director Product Development at Serviceware, spoke about the unique partnership in the field of artificial intelligence and its significance for the future of the Serviceware platform.
The afternoon breakout sessions were a mixture of technical demos, customer presentations, and current topics such as darknet, storage, and IT infrastructure integration. The workshops were divided into five areas, each covering Compliance & Integrity, Data Agility, Service Excellence, Serviceware's Enterprise Vault, and the link between Serviceware Financial & Serviceware Performance.
In his on-site address, CEO Dirk Martin said: "Our second Serviceware Forum was such a positive event and I would like to thank everyone for attending. We can only do this through the excellent community of customers and partners - in addition to our super teams spread across Europe. Let us build on this momentum with even more effective solutions!
