Ontrex AG has been a successful IT service provider since 2004, specializing in Enterprise Service Management, Digital Experience Management, Enterprise Security and Compliance, Endpoint Management and software packaging. We distribute and implement software solutions for customers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. We also offer training courses.

To strengthen our team of 40 people we are looking for a

Sales Operation Manager (f/m/d) 80%-100% with development opportunities

After a proper training you will take over the responsibility for a smooth handling of our Sales Operation and the related administration.

Your tasks

  • Independent handling of the renewal of existing maintenance contracts
  • Supporting the key account manager in administrative matters
  • Assistance in the preparation of complex offers for new customers
  • Exchange with suppliers & manufacturers for customer-specific offer preparation
  • Handling of the procurement process including its monitoring
  • Ensuring that delivery deadlines are met & coordinating all related tasks
  • Checking & forwarding certificates and other documents to customers
  • Correct billing of customer orders in ERP and maintenance of CRM system
  • Participation in the organization of events
  • Various administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Commercial vocational training with experience in the IT area
  • Knowledge in the field of software licensing and maintenance, especially the different licensing and maintenance models
  • Practice-oriented doer with high customer orientation
  • Good communication with negotiation skills and a winning manner
  • Resilient personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Good written and spoken German and English, French an advantage
  • Good user knowledge of the MS-Office palette, Navision an advantage
