We, a team of about 40 people, have been successfully established in the market since 2004 as an IT service provider specializing in infrastructure, service and security management as well as end-user experience management.

With your own initiative and a high degree of independence, you can develop your professional experience and make a big difference. To strengthen our sales team in Brüttisellen, we are looking for an immediate or by appointment:

Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) 50-80 %

Your tasks/activities:
After an initial training period, as a Sales Development Representative, you will independently take on sales activities to contact potential customers and build promising relationships. To acquire leads, you will work on outbound marketing campaigns, use the stock of contacts in the CRM system and proactively approach selected, new target customers.
In doing so, you will primarily use the telephone and email as a form of communication and also exploit alternative contact options, such as social media (via LinkedIn, Xing).
By researching customer information and identifying relevant topics, you lay the foundations for a successful, individual initial approach to potential customers. You will also work closely with the sales force, supporting them by generating qualified leads, arranging appointments with potential new customers and preparing and following up on appointments. Through your open manner and reliability, you contribute to positioning our services with potential new customers, reactivating customer relationships and empathetically identifying customer needs. In your role, you actively transport the positive, trustworthy image of the Ontrex brand.

Your profile:
You are a team player, enjoy sales and are enthusiastic about working with our customers! If you also meet the following requirements, we look forward to getting to know you!

  • Commercial or technical training or bachelor's degree
  • Professional experience as a sales development representative, in a similar position in internal sales (focus on new customer acquisition) or a high level of interest in the sales area
  • Industry knowledge in the IT environment required
  • Strong communication skills, enjoy active, regular telephone calls and the ability to adapt to different interlocutors
  • Persistence and ambition to meet personal targets (KPIs) in new customer acquisition through outbound phone calls & emails as well as social selling.
  • Confident in the use of office products, CRM systems and social media
  • Independent working style characterized by high self-motivation, reliability and customer-oriented, pragmatic approach
  • Enthusiasm, interest in new IT topics and sales skills to position the Ontrex portfolio in campaigns
  • Fluency in German and English
